*my friend Face and i have been observing these lil guys hop all over the pond outside of our company's building. their tininess had us stupefied. after some research and consultation with my nature-expert mom, we've concluded they are cricket frogs, named for their cricket-mimicking chirp, and i would guess, their cricket-mimicking size.

cricket frog: cutest amphibian ever to hop the earth?
