* I've had quite a busy week and a half: a trip to Chicago, my little sister's wedding, packing, moving, and the final day at my job in Cedar Rapids! So that's my excuse for the lack of posts. I'm going to try to make up for it here with a batch of ink on linen drawings I found while packing. I drew these awhile back for my illustrated novella (someday I will decide on a style for the illustrations!). I really love happening upon older drawings - there's something so fun about revisiting them. I think I appreciate them more now than I did when I first drew them.

I read these in reverse order ('cause that's how they came in in Bloglines), and was wondering if these were old-school Lotus Girl...they're amazing! What a treat to wake up to this morning!
